We offer a variety of services ranging from restaurant consulting, graphic, logo and website design, menu design, etc. We also offer gift cards, manager cards, POS hardware (printers, terminals) and repair or the existing equipmnet. Ask for an estimate. Starting rates are based upon rates indicated above.

Paper & Ribbon Supplies

We offer the longest rolls possible to eliminate the need to change paper as often, providing the largest savings of time and providing the best overall value. Virtual Technician

We are now offering a great new product, The Virtual Technician, a proactive monitoring tool. It reports on errors/issues/hiccups immediately and before disasters occur. There is a remote control bundled with this that no longer requires opening inbound ports in your firewall. Reimbursables

Travel time, if applicable, shall be billed at one half (½) of Consultant’s hourly rates, except for messenger time, which will be billed in full. Said travel expenses shall be noted on Consultant's invoice to Client, and shall be paid in accordance with the billing terms. Reimbursables also include faxing, copying, long distance phone calls, parking, travel expenses and other reimbursable expenses, and will be charged at cost.

Additional Information

All prices and rates provided here are for reference only, and are subject to change. Rates shall be amended at the sole discretion of Sotapop Consulting with thirty (30) days notice to clients with contracts in place.

Billing is typically charged in 1/4 hour increments. Prices may vary depending on the project, the volume and the urgency of the job.

Blocks of Time can be prepurchased. Rates TBD, based upon standard rate.

We are also quite involved in EMV (Europay Master/Visa) Chip cards and PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance standards that are utilized in the hospitality technology industry.
